Fire TV Stick Support

Choose an issue and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Buffering or freezing

Video pauses, skips, or takes too long to load.

    Exit Supreme TV completely.

  2. 2

    Restart your streaming device and your modem/router.

  3. 3

    Move closer to the Wi-Fi router or use an Ethernet cable if available.

  4. 4

    Close unused apps, reopen Supreme Mate or SupremeView and try the channel again.

  5. 5

    If one channel buffers, try another channel in the same category.

App will not open

Supreme TV closes, crashes, or stays on a blank screen.

    Force stop the Supreme TV app.

  2. 2

    Clear the app cache—do not clear data unless support instructs you to.

  3. 3

    Restart the device.

  4. 4

    Open Supreme TV and try again.

  5. 5

    If it still fails, check for a device software update.

Clear the app cache

Refresh temporary app files without deleting your login.

    Open Settings on your device.

  2. 2

    Choose Apps, then select Supreme TV.

  3. 3

    Choose Force stop.

  4. 4

    Select Storage & cache or Clear cache.

  5. 5

    Open Supreme TV again.

No sound

The picture works, but you cannot hear audio.

    Make sure the TV and streaming-device volume are not muted.

  2. 2

    Change to another channel to test the audio.

  3. 3

    Unplug and reconnect the HDMI cable.

  4. 4

    Restart the streaming device and TV.

  5. 5

    In device settings, set audio output to Auto or PCM if available.

Black screen or no picture

The TV shows no video or loses the HDMI signal.

  1. 1

    Confirm the TV is on the correct HDMI input.

  2. 2

    Disconnect and firmly reconnect the HDMI cable.

  3. 3

    Try another HDMI port on the TV.

  4. 4

    Unplug device power for 30 seconds, then reconnect it.

  5. 5

    Use the original power adapter whenever possible.

Remote not responding

Buttons do not work or the remote has disconnected.

    Replace or reseat the batteries.

  2. 2

    Move within 10 feet of the device.

  3. 3

    Restart the streaming device.

  4. 4

    Use the device's pairing instructions to reconnect the remote.

  5. 5

    Remove nearby objects that may block the signal.

Login or authorization error

Your account details are rejected or access has expired.

    Check that the username and password are entered exactly.

  2. 2

    Confirm there are no spaces before or after either entry.

  3. 3

    Restart the app and try once more.

  4. 4

    Do not repeatedly change account settings.

  5. 5

    Contact Supreme TV support if the message continues.

Low storage warning

The device is full or apps are running slowly.

  1. 1

    Open device Settings, then Storage.

  2. 2

    Uninstall apps you no longer use.

  3. 3

    Clear cache for large apps.

  4. 4

    Delete old downloads or recordings.

  5. 5

    Restart the device after freeing space.
